Instantly transporting,”Never Gonna Let You Go” has that perfect balance of organic and electronic elements just in time for the arrival of summer! This is the second single from the pair’s upcoming EP album, that will be out May 29th.
Lydia Ferlanfd, based in Calgary, was on a visit in Montreal when she first met Sebastien Robichaud in 2013. Since then, the duo has performed all over the world which got them noticed by many labels and agency. They recently signed a contract with the London agency Burstimo.
The album spans intimate folk, dreamy Indi pop with a hint of world beat influences. Lydia&Sebastien produced and engineered the entire album and surrounded themselves with amazing collaborator such as the Montreal based Mixer Daniel Cinelli (MIKA, Arcade Fire, David Usher…). Los Angeles base drummer Aaron Sterling, (Harry Styles, John Mayer, Lady Antebellum…) and the multi Grammys award winner Jacquire King (Norah Jones, James Bay, Tom Waits…)
Three single of the first album has reached #1 on the commercial radio back home. One song was also released by Ultra Record (Sony N-Y). You can now hear Lydia&Sebastien songs in many famous TV shows, such as Shadow Hunters.
